January has been a tough month for everyone. Between lockdown and the bad weather it can be hard to motivate ourselves to get out for some fresh air - nothing a bit of friendly competition can't help with!
Big well done to everyone that's been getting out each week! Particularly to our winning team for this month, the 7ths, who raked up a massive lead over their nearest rivals. Special mention 7ths player Kiersten Torre who topped the leaderboard every week this month - an absolute steps machine!
We run a weekly leaderboard, as well as a monthly teams competition. You can join in at anytime through your Teamo app. It's syncs with your own fitness tracker so is really easy to set up!
The rest of the teams have a big challenge this month to take the 7ths crown off them, so better get walking!
