Isolation dedication challenge!

It’s really important we all keep social-distancing, but that doesn’t mean we can’t stay active! We want YOU to join our #isolationdedication challenge! 🏑

As coach Sean explains in the first video below, you’ll need to make a video with your friends, teammates, family, hockey mates etc of you passing the ball on to each other through the video! Then either tag us on your Instagram story/post or email it to communications@muckrosshc.com. We’ll even have a prize for the best one! 🎁
